Willow Springs' Best of the Winter Season

2007 Vidal Icewine 375ml 10.8% alc/vol VQA Niagara (21)
Harvested under moonlight at the temperature of -11c and pressed in the vineyard. This vintage shines with aromas of apricot, peach and honey. Best served between 5-8c with fruit based desserts or strong, rich cheeses such as Blue and Roquefort.

2011 Cabernet Franc Icewine (Coming Soon!!) 375 ml 13.1 % alc/vol VQA Niagara (23)
A rich aromatic nose of strawberries and honey, with a balance acidity, mild tannins, giving this wine a good mouth on the finish. Pairs well with chocolate and any berry based desserts.
